Here are some answers to some general questions we get:
How long before I receive my order ?
 
Please allow up to 7 days.
Can I order securely through your website ?
 
YES. We have a fully integrated PayPal secure on-line shopping basket where you can pay with your credit or debit card through Paypal’s secure portal.
What if I don’t have a credit or debit card, or I’d rather not pay over the web, can i still order my photos ?
 
YES. You will find an order page on the site that you can feel in and print off and send to us with your cheque or postal order.
I am not happy with the quality of the prints you sent me. What will you do ?
 
This shouldn’t happen as we check the quality before we send them to you and if we feel the quality is not up to our exacting standards we will contact you to advise you of this, giving you the option of choosing another photo if there are any or we will give you a refund for any prints not up to standard and still send them to you FREE OF CHARGE.
Can we send you our own digital pictures for you to enlarge, print on specialist papers or frame ?
 
YES. Just send it to us on disc in original quality with your details and what finish you would like from our list of services. ( some enlargements will depend on the quality of the original file sent ) we will advise if there is a problem.
Will you travel to us to do a private commission of us or our pets ?
 
YES. Just contact us for details and prices.
How do we know if you are available to cover our show / event ?
 
Just make contact through the web site or phone us direct, we will always endeavour to meet your needs as we have several teams of photographers available to us.
Will you remove our photographs from your web site if we request it ?
 
YES WITHOUT QUESTION. We have a strict code of conduct when it comes to the protection of children and your privacy. We will remove them immediately or if you require we can put them into a password protected gallery that only you can view. ( we do this automatically with school photography / private bookings ).
