This shouldn't happen as we check the quality before we send them to you and if we feel the quality is not up to our exacting standards we will contact you to advise you of this, giving you the option of choosing another photo if there are any or we will give you a discount for any prints not up to standard.

YES. Just send it to us on disc in original quality with your details and what finish you would like from our list of services. (some enlargements will depend on the quality of the original file sent ) we will advise if there is a problem.

YES WITHOUT QUESTION. We have a strict code of conduct when it comes to the protection of children and your privacy. We will remove them immediately or if you require we can put them into a password protected gallery that only you can view. (We do this automatically with school photography / private bookings & Weddings where requested).
